This bill would define the terms "sex", "male" and "female", in Montana law. The Montana Family Foundation supports this bill. Passed by the Senate Public Health Welfare and Safety Committee by a vote of 6 to 3. The bill has been referred to the Senate Finance and Claims Committee and has a March 25, 2023 transmittal deadline.
