SB 307 – Revise Reporting Requirements for Nonprofits and Charitable Trusts

Bill Description

This bill would prohibit state agencies and state officials from imposing reporting requirements on on-profit entities that are more stringent, restrictive, or expansive that the requirements authorized by Montana law. The Montana Family Foundation supports this bills. Passed the Senate on the 3rd Reading 34 - 16
