Zephyr). This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to repeal Montana’s ban on same-sex marriage, aligning state law with the 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, and requires voter approval in the 2026 general election. Tabled in Committee, (Bill is Currently Dead).
