Bill Description

This bill proposed the most progressive abortion policies in Montana History, including partial-birth abortion and a repeal of nearly every abortion regulation passed by the Legislature over the past 30 years. The Montana Family Foundation Opposes this bill. This bill was tabled in the House Judiciary Committee on 3-1 2023
