House Bill 201: Require Disclosure of Paid Signature Gatherers for Initiatives

Bill Description

This bill requires paid signature gatherers for ballot petitions to disclose their paid status both verbally and by wearing a badge, as well as provide their state of legal residence to individuals they solicit for signatures​.
