HB 121 ensures privacy and safety in multi-occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters by requiring these spaces to be designated exclusively for males or females based on biological sex. It provides reasonable exceptions for emergencies, custodial services, and ADA accommodations, while also empowering individuals with legal recourse if their privacy is violated.
