House Bill 343: Require Schools to Provide Religious Instruction Released Time Program

Bill Description

This bill requires school districts to provide at least one hour per week of religious instruction released time for students, and allows that schools award academic credit for religious instruction courses, and establishes secular evaluation criteria for determining credit eligibility​.
