    Jeff, you obviously have not read SB423. Nor are your statement about youth use correct. Please look at the Office of Public Instruction’s report for 2011. Use by youths was DOWN, as it had been every year that Montana’s original medical marijuana law had been in place.This bill simply creates a huge black market and denies the states most vulnerable citizens a safe, legal way to obtain a doctor recommended medicine. As for your infant, he has a brain tumor and he was given cannabis oil thru his feeding tube. He did not smoke it.
