HB 222

Last updated: March 1, 2019

Bill Description

*Update – no change, still alive in Revenue Committee

This bill would allow state regulation of Christian youth treatment facilities (such as Pinehave Christian Children’s Ranch) by removing the religious exemption from current state law. We’ve been fighting this for 11 years.
